skinless chicken (use your choice of cuts)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in oil and into soup then roll chicken in crackers. Place chicken pieces on a foil lined baking dish. Bake @ 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is completely cooked through.
