1/2 c butter
1 c boiling water
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter in water, add flour and salt all at once. Stir very well, cook and stir constantly until ball forms in the pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring each one in very well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased sheet, Bake in hot oven -450 for 15 minutes, then moderate oven temp to 325 for another 25 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Cut in half and fill with whipped cream!
