1/2 Crisco 1/2 c sugar 1 egg 1 c sour milk 1 tsp baking soda 1 c whole wheat flour 1 c white flour 1 tsp baking powder.
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Cream remaining ingredients until very smooth and creamy. Add dry ingredients gradually until mixed well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 º for 15-20 minutes.
