Mix flour and salt in large bowl and form a well in the middle. Add eggs to center of flour and mix well until very stiff. Knead small amount of flour into mixture and roll out dough onto board until 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips 1/2 inch wide and dry at room temperature. Freezes well!
Mom's noodles could be seen hanging all over the kitchen drying!
