2 c. water
2 c. green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. minute rice
1/2 stick butter
1/4 Dale's sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, pepper, and butter to a boil. Add rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Add sauce and onions. Let stand 5 mins uncovered. Stir and serve.
