* 1 roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
* 1 {8ounce} package softened cream cheese
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
* 3 medium Granny Smith apples/peeled & sliced
{prep these later when you're ready to assemble}
* 1/2 tsp. each cinnamon & allspice/mixed together
* 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
* 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

*Heat the oven to 350.*Press the cookie dough onto a lightly sprayed round pizza pan.*Bake for 15 to 20 minutes 'til done & light brown,cool completely*Blend the cream cheese,brown sugar,spices & vanilla on medium speed 'til smooth.*Spread onto cooled crust,arrange the apples,drizzle the caramel topping & sprinkle with the nuts.*Cut with a pizza cutter.
