1 bag each of ready to eat Spring Greens or Baby Spinach
1 - 15 oz can Mandarin Oranges
1/2 lb sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Poppy Seed Dressing
Substitutions or Additions:
Grapefruit Sections
Toasted, sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Mandarin Oranges. Layer oranges and mushrooms. Add lettuce or spinach. Top with sunflower seeds.
Toss with Poppy Seed dressing just before serving.
