1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 cups plain flour (sifted)
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, place 1 cup lukewarm water add sugar, salt, shortening, mashed potatoes and well beaten eggs. Add dissolved yeast. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Take out and knead very thoroughly. Roll very thin. Cut out rolls. Grease with oleo and fold. Place in foil pan and cover and freeze. When ready to bake, let rise 2 to 4 hours. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes or until brown.
