Medium/large Cucumbers

1/4 small onion, chopped

1 garlic bud

1 pod hot pepper

1 tsp. dill seed

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub cucumbers (medium to large), cut instrips. Pack in jars. Add mixture to each quart.

Bring to boil 2 quarts water to 1 quart vinegar. Pour over pickles and 1 cup salt. Seal.
