1 package broccoli, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
4 eggs, well beaten
6 oz cottage cheese
1 package Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain and cool broccoli. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Place into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
