2 cups self rising flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
cup butter, melted
cup shredded cheddar cheese
pound good sausage, browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Set aside. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Make a well in the center of mix. Combine milk, eggs and butter. Add to the dry ingredsients stirring until just moistened. Stir in sausage and cheese. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan (I use Pam) filling about 1/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
