2-1/2 c. whole wheat flour (Bronze Chief-Walmart)
1 c. butter
1 t. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg beaten
6-10 tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, butter, and salt with a mixer or by hand until the mixture is the size of large peas. With a fork, combine the vinegar, egg, and ice water. Blend together all ingredients. Divide the dough into 3 equal balls, put 2 in frig. Roll one. Place in pie plate. Repeat. If you need a baked crust, bake at 425 degrees for 8 min. Cover the edges with foil to keep from burning.
