1 dozen eggs
1 ring cooked sausage-your favorite flavor-cut into 1/4" slices
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 orange, red, or green pepper (optional) (not a hot pepper)
2 tbsp. butter or extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger, and drain and set aside. In a large non-stick fry pan, saute onions, mushrooms, and peppers in the butter or olive oil, until soft. Add the hamburger, sliced sausage, and 12 eggs. Mix to scramble the eggs. Cover and mix occasionally until the eggs are dry.
