1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
1 stick of maragrine
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1-1/2 cup cool whip
2 (3oz) pkgs pistachio pudding mix3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix walnuts, flour and softened margarine. Press into 9" x13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool. Blend cream with sugar. Stir in 1 cup of cool whip and spread onto crust. Pour on second layer. Top this with cool whip. Garnish with chopped nuts. Let set in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours before serving
