2 c. chopped onion
1 c. seeded & chopped green pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 gal tomatoes, chopped
12 oz. tomatoe paste
2 tsp. red chili pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cubes beef bouillon
3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients until soft. Put in jars and process. Cover the jars with water in a large canner. Simmer quarts for 50 minutes and pints for 40 minutes. Remove from canner and place on folded dish towel and allow to seal undisturbed.
