2 lb ground chuck
29 oz can diced tomatoes
29 oz can tomato sauce
29 oz can kidney beans with liquid
29 oz can pinto beans with liquid
1 cup diced onion (1 medium onion)
cup diced green chili (2 chilis)
cup diced celery
cup chili powder
cup green pepper, finely chopped
tsp sugar
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 cups water

Crumble and cook ground chuck. In a large pot, combine beef and all ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes or so for 2-3 hours. (I usually cook it in the crock pot all day).

Personal Notes:
We like to eat this over steamed rice or with cheese on top and tortilla scoops! My daughter fixed this in a local Chili Cook-Off. She substituted Venison for ground chuck and swears this is why she won the contest!
