3 eggs
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vinegar, vanilla, sugar and stirred egg yolks. Beat well. Add flour and salt. Beat. Pour in greased torte pan. Bake. Bake: 350-375 for 30 minutes. Cool. Put on plate upside down. Fill hole with any filling desired.
