3 eggs 1 tsp. white vinegar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour pinch of salt
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vinegar, vanilla, sugar and stirred egg yolks. Beat well. Add flour and salt. Beat. Pour in greased torte pan. Bake. Bake: 350º-375º for 30 minutes. Cool. Put on plate upside down. Fill hole with any filling desired.
