* 3/4 cup bisquick
* 1/2 cup minced onion
* 2 minced shallots
* 3 TBSP. minced garlic
* 1 pound ground Italian sausage
* 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
* 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
* 3 TBSP. grated parmesan cheese
mixed with a little parsley
* salt & fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the oven to 350.*Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the sauce in a large bowl,mix well.*Shape into 1" balls & place onto a heavily sprayed baking sheet.*Bake for 20 to 25 minute , turning once.*Meanwhile,heat up the sauce & pour most of it into a serving dish.*Add the hot meatballs,top with the rest of the sauce,sprinkle on the parmesan/parsley mixture & serve with frilly toothpicks or cocktail forks.
**REMEMBER: It's all about the presentation !
