1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. shredded cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced 2 T. butter, melted bread crumbs
Par boil carrots. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs in small bowl, set aside.Mix together all other ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake. Bake: 350º 45-60 minutes. (or bake 15 minutes in microwave, on high)
