1 c. chopped onions
2 cans cr. of chicken soup
1 T. cooking oil
1 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
2 T. taco seasoning
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet cook onions in oil until tender but not brown. Add seasonings, cream of chicken soup and sour cream; heat and stir until smooth and warm. Add chicken. Oil a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Oil each tortilla and tear them in pieces. Cover the bottom with half of torn up, oiled tortillas. Spread on half of chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Start another layer with tortillas, chicken filling and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
