2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken pieces in 9x13 baking dish. Combine butter, honey mustard, salt and pepper. Spread over chicken. Bake 1/2 hour and check for doneness. If more time is needed, continue to bake and check every 10 minutes for doneness. Baste chicken with pan juices every 15 minutes.
