1 c. butter, 1/2 c. oil, 1-3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. grated zucchini, 2-1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1.2 c. sour milk or buttermilk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chocolate chips, 1 c. walnuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa, soda, salt in bowl. Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in zucchini and then add flour mixture & buttermilk or sour milk, alternately. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle with 1 c. chocolate chips & 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured cake pan.
