1 or more cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk
1 very large pot of water
pecans or other nuts, chopped, if you want caramel candy

Directions:
Directions:
Place the unopened can or cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in large pot and cover with water. Once the water boils, turn down the heat and simmer for about three hours. Serve like pudding or fold in some pecans or other nuts and spread it into a buttered pan, and voila! you have caramels better than the $14.95 ones at the good candy store.
