1 1/2 cups flour
3 T. cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp soda
6 T melted margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 T vinegar
Mix together in a separate bowl
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg

Fill cupcake papers 1/3- 1/2 full with cake mix, then drop a tablespoon of cream cheese mix onto top,sprinkle chocolate chips on the top and bake at 350 until done
