Dipping chocolate
Mint flavoring
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt dipping chocolate over a double burner. Add mint flavoring. Place a Ritz cracker on a fork (or a candy dipping tool). Dip into the melted chocolate. Place on wax paper. Put in a container and store. Put a layer of wax paper between each cookie layer.
