1 pkg white or yellow cake mix 2 T. yeast 2 c. flour 2 3/4 c. hot water 3 c. flour
Combine cake mix, yeast and 2 c. flour. Stir in hot water. Then add 3 more cups flour. Knead together until mixed. Let rise until double in size. Punch down and roll out. Spread with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut into Cinnamon rolls (using floss) Place on greased pans and let rise till double in size. Bake: 350º for 20 minutes. Frost while warm.
