1 deep dish frozen 9-inch pie shell
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 small can mushrooms (stems & pieces), drained
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
3 eggs. beaten
1 c. light cream or half-and-half
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. white pepper
!/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Thaw, bake and cool pie shell. Sprinkle with ham, mushrooms and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into shell. Bake in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or intil knife inserted near center comes out clean
