1 (3 oz.)pkg. pistashio pudding
4 tbs. fruit cocktail juice or pineapple
1 1/2 c. Whipped cream
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail or pineapple, drained
1/2 cup walnuts
1 to 2 cups white or colored marshmellos

Directions:

In 3 qt bowl, mix the pistashio pudding and the fruit juice. With the elec. mixer on low speed, mix in the whipped cream. Add and fold in by hand the fruit cocktail, walnuts and marshmallows. Chill.
