5-6 chicken breast halves
2 T melted butter
salt and pepper
2 T dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
c. pineapple juice
1 T chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Place in crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then with dry salad dressing mix. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. About 45 min. before serving, mix soup, cream cheese, pineapple juice and onion in small saucepan. Cook until smooth. Pour over chicken. cover and cook 30 minutes on low. Serve with sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.
