Cream of Broccoli Soup Recipe

2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
4 T. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. potatoes, cubed
salt & pepper
2 c. water
1/2 lb. velveta cheese
1 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/4 c. onion
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (or 2 c. steamed broccoli)

Combine milk and flour together to make thickener. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients together, except cheese and broccoli. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Combine thickener and add slowly to vegetables until thick. Add cheese and broccoli. Simmer in crock pot or on stove until broccoli is tender.
