Lowfat Vanilla Yogart
Soy Milk (any milk if fine)
Favorite fruit (bananas, strawberries, papaya, mango, kiwi)
Ice

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender fill half with ice, 2 or 3 good scoops of yogart, any mixure of fruit. Start to blend and add milk to the consistancy of thickness that you like.

For a special drink add vodka instead of yogart and milk. Put in extra ice.
