Slaw: 1 head cabbage 1 carrot 1 green pepper 1 small onion
Dressing: 2 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar ¼ c. water 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. mustard seed
SLAW: Grate all veggies, and let set until dressing is made and cooled.
DRESSING: Combine all ingredients for dressing and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour over coleslaw and mix. This freezes well in freezer containers or zip lock freezer bags.
