1 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
Add 2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add dates and nuts as you like. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.
