2 lb hamburger
onion diced
1 c macaroni (cooked)
1 can of Ro-tel
3/4 c. milk
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Cook macaroni. Mix all ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring until cheese is melted. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
