3 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1cup sugar
3 cups milk
1/2 cup hot water
4 Tablespoons butter
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in medium saucepan; flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt with 1/2 cup of water. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla and milk. Heat over medium heat until desired thickness. Add butter. Serve with hot biscuits.
