2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour (sifted before measuring)
1 level teasp Baking Soda
1/2 teasp Baking Powder
1 cup of Thick Sour Cream
Pinch of salt
1 teasp flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and break thoroughly with an egg beater.
Add sugar and continue beating.
Add other ingredients and beat well with spoon.
Put into medium oven and bake about 40 minutes.
***For Spice Cake use brown sugar instead of white and add spices. For Chocolate cake shave 1/2 cup chocolate and use 2 cups of flour instead of the 1 3/4 cups.
