1 c. soft bread crumbs or crackers 1 lb. ground beef 2 T. chopped green bell pepper 1 T. ketchup 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 large egg 1/2c. milk 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 small can tomato sauce
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl. Form into loaf and put in a bread pan. Pour the other half of the tomato sauce on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
