* 1 {17 ounce} package frozen puff pastry/thawed
* 1 {8 ounce} package cream cheese/thawed
* 3 TBSP. sugar
* 1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips/divided
* 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
* pure almond extract ~OR~ Amaretto

*Roll 1 sheet of the pastry out to 14x10 on a floured surface.*Combine the cream cheese & sugar in a small bowl & spread half of the mixture over the pastry to 1" of the border on one side.*Sprinkle with half of the chips & roll up from the completely covered side to the 1" border side.*Seal the edge with water.*Repeat with the remaining ingredients & stick them both in the fridge for an hour.*Heat the oven to 375.*Cut the rolls into 1" thick slices.{any thinner doesn't work,they don't poof up}*Place on parchment papered baking sheets.*Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.*While these are baking,make a medium/thin glaze with the confectioners sugar & Amaretto.*Let the pastries stand a few minutes...give them a quick glaze...serve warm...YUMMY !
