8- 10 large Mission tortilla
8- 10 pieces of cheese
picanteí salsa
salt and pepper
2 packages of Jimmy Dean sausage (hot) -cooked
7 large eggs or 1 small carton of egg beaters

Directions:
Directions:
When constructing the burritos; first lay down the sausage on the tortilla, then the egg, then the cheese, then the picanteí. Wrap each burrito in wax paper.
