8 oz softened cream cheese
1 T orange rind, grated
2 T orange juice
1/2 C confectioners sugar
6 tart shells
2 C fresh fruit ,ie.: blueberries, rasberries, strawberries,
peaches, seedless grapes ect.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, orange rind, orange juice, and sugar
together until fluffy. Tart shells may need to be heated first.
Fill shells 1/4 full with cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly then top
with fruit. Add 1 T lemon juice to peaches, nectarines, or apples
to prevent discoloration. Sprinkle sugar or grated chocolate
generously over the top.

I buy tart shells from the freezer section that need to be
heated and browned first. You may also use graham cracker
tart shells or a whole pie shell. The cheese mixture works
well as a fruit dip. YUMMY!!
