2 c. sifted flour
3 T. baking powder
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 c. corn
1 T. melted butter
2 eggs
Deep fat for frying
Chopped onions if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Combine milk, corn and melted butter. Add to flour mixture. Blending well, add eggs one at a time. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat. Fry until brown.
