Ingredients:
1 box lasagne noodles
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 14 oz cottage cheese (small curd)
1 2cup size mozzarella cheese
your favorite vegetables (tomato, green pepper, onion, mushrooms)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagne noodles according to box. Make as many as you will need for the size you want. (I make a small one for two people) Slice your vegeables, not to thick. After the noodles are done start arranging in a baking pan. Start with a layer of noodles with sauce, 1 vegetable and cottage cheese. Next layer of noodles, sauce, 1 vegetable and mozarella cheese. Try not to make more than 3 or 4 layers, pressing down after each layer. The thicker you make your lagane the longer it will take to cook. If you use more vegetables than you make layers put more that one vegetable in a layer. End with sauce and mozarella cheese.

Personal Notes:
This is best if you let it sit overnite or even a whole day. Bake covered at 350 for at least an hour before checking to see if hot all through. You can uncover for the last 10 mins. if you like a crust.
