Cook tomatoes run and thru a sieve to make 10 cups juice. Add ingredients:
1 T. onion flakes
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. canning salt
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in tomato juice, bring to a rolling boil. Put in jars, heat lids and dry off and seal. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.

My grandson Kyle said this was better than V8 jice when I opened a can for tomato soup. I put basil in my juice and heat to a boil for tomato soup add just a little butter in a bowl is really good.
