1 head of lettuce
1/2 C green onion finely chopped
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery finely chopped
1 box frozen peas
3 strips crisp cooked bacon crumbled
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 1/4 C mayo
1/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuce into bottom of 9x13 pan, layer onion, green pepper, celery and frozen peas. Spread dressing over the peas. Top with cheddar cheese & bacon crumbles. Refrigerate over night.
