2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 T. plus 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 T. powdered sugar. Cut the margarine into the mixture until it is crumbly. Pat the dough into a 15x10 in. nonstick baking pan. Bake the crust until set (10-15 min.)

In a medium bowl, beat the egg with the remaining 1/4 cup flour, the baking powder, sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Pour the egg mixture over the hot crust and bake until the top is set, (12-15 min.)
Cool, then sprinkle with the remaining 2 T. powdered sugar and cut into squares.
