1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can (6oz) crabmeat, drained
1/2 c. (4oz) popcorn salad shrimp
1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Bake unpricked pie shell at 425* for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Add crab, shrimp and cheeses. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
