2-3 lbs stew meat
32 oz can peeled and cut tomatoes
1 small can of sliced water chestnuts
1/3 C red wine
2 T sugar
1/4 C tapioca
2 medium carrots sliced
1 medium onion quartered
2 stalks celery
1 15oz can green beans
2 medium potatoes cubes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in 5-quart Dutch oven. Do not brown meat. Stir gently to blend. Cover tightly. Bake 5 hours or until potatoes and carrots a fork soft at 250
