6 T. butter 1 tsp. seasoned salt
4 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 C. broken pretzels
1 C. salted nuts
2 C. each - corn, rice, and wheat chex cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt buter in electric skillet, stir in seasonings. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover and cook at 250 for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool on paper towels.
