2 large ripe avacados
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 serrano pepper, chopped (remove some of the seeds for less heat)
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tsp. salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avacados lengthwise. Pry out pits. Peel and cut avacados into small pieces. Mash with a fork and blend in other ingredients.Serve with tortilla chips.
