1 tubes Bob Evans Italian Sausage (you can use chopped ham instead)
10 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 c. milk
tsp. dry mustard
4 slices bread, toasted
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat, onions, pepper and dry mustard - drain. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl - stir in the meat mixture. Pour in a 13x9 casserole dish, mix in cup of cheese and tear the toast and stir in the dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. In the morning, place in oven at 325F uncovered for 35 mins. Put the cup cheese on top and place back in oven for 25 mins. Cut into squares.
